Reporting on Overtime / Bonus Payments
1) Reporting on overtime - Date range should be for date entered and NOT date of overtime... currently if someone enters overtime retrospectively and is not in the month of reporting, the only way to pick up this info is to "second guess" / expand the date range and then cross reference with previous hard copy reports and payroll information to detect what has / hasn't already been processed on payroll. It is an inefficient way of collecting new data.
As a thought, a tick box & date for administrators to mark overtime as processed and at what date would be very useful
Overtime - we occasionally have claims for bonus payments (per day for working in difficult sites/ working abroad) - it would also be useful if we could have that as an option withing the drop-down overtime menu so we can set up values.
Hope both these ideas might be generally useful (and if facility already available - apologies, and please send me an "idiots guide" !
