Variable Working Pattern
Allow working pattern to change weekly - i.e., a certain number of hours over a week rather than a certain number of hours each day.

This is causing my organisation a considerable number of problems and we will have to stop using leave wizard if this change is not able to be made. We have staff that work on a rota and we are unable to account for their annual leave with the current set up.
