Date-sensitive lists ought to be arranged automatically according to the date, not the addition date. Dashboard-Who's on Leave, for instance: the current day should be at the top, followed by the date. Clicking 'Dates' doesn't reorder it, and it appears to be organized randomly at the moment. quite annoying.
