When an employee selects their preferred leave dates, LeaveWizard could automatically analyze the team's schedule and display the expected staffing level for those dates. Instead of simply showing that a date is busy, the system could provide helpful suggestions such as:
Low, medium, or high staffing availability.
Number of colleagues already on leave.
Team coverage percentage.
Nearby alternative dates with better availability. basketball games
Warnings when multiple employees with the same role or skill set are absent at the same time.
Managers could also receive recommendations before approving requests, helping them identify potential staffing shortages while reducing the need for manual schedule checks.
