Approving or Rejecting Leave
Approving or rejecting a user's leave request can be done by Administrators and Managers from:
You can approve or reject a request directly form the Approvals page which can be accessed from the Approvals - Pending Approvals menu item on the 'Leave' drop down of the main menu.

You can select which requests you want to approve or reject by ticking the box on the left hand side of the request listing and then click the 'Approve' or 'Reject' button as required which are located at the top and bottom of the list.

When a leave request is made the approver will get a number of messages depending on the company setup and their preferences. This can include an email to their registered email address and Messages to in their LeaveWizard Inbox which are available on the web app and the mobile app. All are similar and provide links to approve or reject the request. These links take you to the approvers page and process the selected action on the request.

The notifications area on your main menu will alert you that an approval request is pending and clicking the notification will take you to the approvals page where you can approve or reject requests.

On the Dashboard sub menu there is an Approvals button which will also take you to the approvals page.

Administrators can access the Leave Requests and Overtime Requests pages and can approve or reject requests (and Edit and Cancel) directly from there using the link on the left hand side of the request listing.
