One feature I’d love to see in LeaveWizard is a more flexible automation and integration layer for SaaS teams.

A workflow could look like:

Employee requests leave → manager approves → HR system updates → notification is sent → relevant records are synced automatically.

This kind of API-first automation can make a SaaS product much more useful as companies add more tools to their stack.

I’ve been looking at platforms like Spenza, which takes a similar approach in telecom by bringing connectivity, billing, automation, APIs, and operational workflows into one platform.

Would be interesting to see LeaveWizard go deeper in this direction, especially for companies managing multiple SaaS systems.
