   Finding time for professional development with everything else going on feels impossible sometimes. The flexible, live-online thing is a lifesaver. Knowing the courses are up-to-date makes a huge difference too – no one wants to learn outdated stuff. Actually, talking about needing a break from learning, the other day I was so stressed I ended up watching someone play crazy cattle 3d on YouTube. The sheer absurdity of it all just completely broke the tension!
