I’ve been using LeaveWizard and overall I find the platform very intuitive and effective for managing employee leave and tracking absences. The clean interface and reporting features are especially helpful for planning and team visibility.
I would like to suggest an improvement to the notification system:
Allow users to customize notification types (e.g., approvals, rejections, reminders, cancellations)
Add smart reminders for upcoming leave or pending approvals
Enable scheduling of reminders (e.g., 1 day before leave starts)
Provide options for different channels (email, in-app, mobile push)
Allow managers to set notification rules for their teams
These enhancements would improve user experience, reduce missed approvals, and help teams stay more organized.
