I suggest adding a calendar conflict alert when several employees from the same team request leave for overlapping dates.

For example, if two or three people from the same department are already off, LeaveWizard could show a warning when another employee selects those dates. Managers could also receive an alert before approving the request.

This would make it easier to spot potential staffing problems early without having to manually check the team calendar. It could be especially useful for smaller teams where having several people away at the same time can affect daily operations.

A simple warning such as “3 team members are already on leave during these dates” would probably be enough. An optional setting for each department or team could make the feature more flexible.
