Configuring allowances

LeaveWizard allows you to configure leave allowances for specific employees including the number of days to carry over from this years allowance and the number of days carried over from last year’s allowance.

How do I specify an allowance?

First you need to be logged in as an administrator user. Then please follow these steps:

  1. From the main dashboard click the “Administration” link, this will take you to the main administration console.
  2. Next, click the “Event type and Allowances” link which will take you to a page which displays all of the currently configured allowances.
  3. Here you will be able to view a list of employees and their leave allowance for particular leave event types. To edit and employee’s allowance simply click the “Pencil” icon highlighted in red in the screen shot below, this will put the allowance into edit mode and will allow you set up the user’s allowance your selected leave year.

    Once you are happy with the allowance you have configured simply click the “tick” icon or if you wish to cancel click the “cross” icon (highlighted in blue).
