How do I let employees know their login and how to access leavwizard?

  In order to make the employees acknowledge about their leavewizard login you need to send them a welcome email from the "Administration | Organisation and Users" page.

To do so you need to login as an administrator and click on the employees you want to send the welcome email to (hold down the CTRL key or the SHIFT key to select multiple employees).

Then you can click the "Send Welcome Message" button at the top right of the screen.

This will send a welcome email to all the employees with their login ids.
