Limit overtime filing to two/three days after date of overtime
Lock overtime filing so employees can only file overtime before, on or max three days after date of Actual Overtime.
We have cases where after month-end, employees file overtime with dates from as far back as the beginning of the prior month. So we have to repeatedly generate the report because approved OT don't tie up to their time reports.
This will encourage everyone to be mindful in regularly filing their OT request.4 votes -
Option to remove time for Leave Requests
Capability for Employees to have no Work Pattern especially for Flexi employees. This is mainly for leaves as we have flexi sked, we don't need the exact time for the leaves, only the number of hours are essential.

Have Minimum staff levels in groups as an alternative to maximum
I need to have a minimum level of staff in some departments. At the moment I have to set the groups up and set the maximum number of staff that can be off. I don't want to have to work that out as staff numbers change.

Inbox Messages - option to sort by User name.
Inbox option - is it possible to sort received messages by user name ?
Currently the messages are sorted by date received, and I need to scroll down to each messages & check individually.

Why update the boxes you have already filled in?
Requesting toil. It's late, I have just finished a night shift.
- You log into leave wizard bleary-eyed
- You select Overtime/time off in lieu
- You start off at the top: a. Put in the date you worked b. Put in the number of days c. Select Time and a Half d. I don't get TOIL for a night shift so /I untick the box (AT THIS POINT THE PAGE REFRESHES AND THE BOX ABOVE GOES BACK TO SINGLE TIME!!) d. Quickly put in a few details
- Submit.
Because of that refresh between stages d and e, I have lost a lot…

Add in Employee addresses.

Instead of manually re-send to each staff, a bulk re-send to all or selected number of staff is helpful feature.
