I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Order by date - by default

    Lists which are date-sensitive should automatically be ordered by date, not when something was added. E.g. Dashboard - Who's on leave: this should have the current day at the top, and be ordered by date thereafter. Atm it seems to be ordered randomly, and clicking 'Dates' doesn't re-order. Very frustrating.

  5. Notification Detail / Reason for leave

    When leave requests come thru to be able to see the employees notes / reason etc, without having to go online to see what they say before you approve it.

    Additional feature:
    Be able to see the remaining balance of other team members' leave balance so that a better planning for the department could be achieved without the trouble of asking each individual.

    Triggers - e.g. Email notifications based on actions (e.g. notify teams when someone off sick) or a threshold met (X days off sick...) etc... Triggers that fire under conditions to do actions...

  8. Outlook sync

    It would be good to be able to download a "vCalendar" file of the leave request so that i can put it in my Outlook diary... instead of having to type details in again.
