How to play solitaired strategically
Start by looking at the entire layout: the stock, the tableau columns, and the foundations (the columns by suit). The goal is to get all the cards to the foundation from A to K. Prioritize moves that reveal hidden cards: if an action reveals a hidden card (especially a higher card or an ace), do it first. Always try to create a blank column by clearing a tableau column blank columns are valuable, you can move a series of cards starting with K into it for a major reshuffle.
Build alternating red-black sequences on the tableau so that important cards (Q, J, 10…) are easily accessible. Avoid drawing foundations too early if it prevents the bottom card from being revealed; sometimes keeping cards in the tableau opens the way for other cards. When drawing from stock, consider each turn if it’s a 3-card draw, remember the order of appearance to plan.
Prioritize moving aces and twos to the foundation early when it doesn’t affect the other card’s reveal. Use “undo” to try out options if the game allows; learn from each try. Be patient Solitaire is a balance of strategy and luck; many games require multiple attempts to win. Good luck and have fun!
