Feature Suggestion for Better Employee Engagement Tracking
We’ve been using the platform for leave management and overall it has been very helpful for organizing schedules and improving visibility across teams. One thing I’ve been thinking about recently is whether there are any plans to expand the reporting or engagement side of the system.
For example, it could be useful to have optional analytics that show trends related to employee wellness, burnout risk, or vacation balance over time. I think this could help managers better understand team workload and encourage healthier work-life balance.
In our company, even small activities outside work — like team events or casual online activities such as playing free top games together during breaks — can noticeably improve morale and communication. Because of that, having more insights into leave patterns and employee wellbeing could be really valuable for planning healthier team routines.
Would love to hear if this is already on the roadmap or if other users are interested in similar features.
