  1. Outlook sync

    It would be good to be able to download a "vCalendar" file of the leave request so that i can put it in my Outlook diary... instead of having to type details in again.

    Triggers - e.g. Email notifications based on actions (e.g. notify teams when someone off sick) or a threshold met (X days off sick...) etc... Triggers that fire under conditions to do actions...

    A basic API to get information about company holidays. Simple, single call to get holiday information for the day, week or month would be a great feature.

  5. Holiday cancellation requires approval

    Holiday cancellation requires approval, this will eliminate employees booking a days holiday then cancelling at short notice when the holiday has already been covered by another staff member.

    Additional feature:

  12. Limit overtime filing to two/three days after date of overtime

    Lock overtime filing so employees can only file overtime before, on or max three days after date of Actual Overtime.
    We have cases where after month-end, employees file overtime with dates from as far back as the beginning of the prior month. So we have to repeatedly generate the report because approved OT don't tie up to their time reports.
    This will encourage everyone to be mindful in regularly filing their OT request.

    The option to put a note on an employees file
    ie, you have given them an extra days holiday to their leave allowance due to them working extra time etc.

  16. Have Minimum staff levels in groups as an alternative to maximum

    I need to have a minimum level of staff in some departments. At the moment I have to set the groups up and set the maximum number of staff that can be off. I don't want to have to work that out as staff numbers change.

  17. Notification Detail / Reason for leave
