  3. Authorization of cancelled hoildays

    Unable to cancel holidays without approval.

    Also Minimum amount of days before holiday can be taken. eg. 7 days advance notice of holidays.

  4. Holiday cancellation requires approval

    Holiday cancellation requires approval, this will eliminate employees booking a days holiday then cancelling at short notice when the holiday has already been covered by another staff member.

  8. Ability to see total sick days for the year per employee

    Ability to see sick days taken to date for all employees for the calendar year from 1st Jan to see if they should be unpaid (as our policy is that they get first 4 days paid then after it is SSP)
